CHG series flow-through dryer--overview
Our factory has launched a self-developed drying equipment for the year 2000- the cross flow dryer, which is a major innovation for disc ovens.
The hot air passes through the top and bottom of the tray, fully heating the materials in the tray, greatly improving the drying rate of the materials: its drying rate is 3-8 times that of a conventional oven, and it also changes the direction of the circulating hot air regularly, making the temperature of the materials in the tray tend to be uniform, thereby improving the drying quality of the materials. Basically, it can replace conventional horizontal ovens for drying materials and is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, health products, food, etc., such as pigments, chemical reagents, raw materials, granules, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, feed, soft capsules, candied fruits, aquatic products, etc.
